about me – the long version
Los Angeles-based Marketing Director Mani O’Brien spends her downtime raising a small human and ranting on this blog. Here you’ll find frequent cursing, a self-indulgent analysis of her 30-something existence as a mother, Millennial, digital marketer, almost-wife and astrology-obsessed feminist.
Mani is a writer who dabbles in brand journalism, social media marketing, blogging and ocassional film projects. She also edits and writes articles at Second Glance Magazine and teaches workshops and webinars relating to branding and digital strategy.
Born in West Virginia and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Mani earned her B.A. degree in Print Journalism at Arizona State University and A.A. degree in Graphic Design/Branding at Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising. A women’s rights advocate, she’s passionate about social justice and feminist issues.
